Lemon Tahini Dressing

In a mixing bowl, add the tahini and lemon juice. Whisk until it begins to look creamy. Add a couple of tablespoons of water at a time to thin out. Add olive oil, salt, garlic and cumin. Whisk until combined. Thin out the dressing with more water for your desired consistency. Mix with any style greens and roasted broccoli, asparagus, or fresh seasonal peas!

Miso Sesame Dressing

Whisk everything together. Drizzle over fresh greens, shredded carrots & cabbage, avocado, and baked or pan fried tofu chunks. Top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
Cashew Ranch Dressing

What you need to do:
Soak the cashews overnight. Drain and rinse them off. In a high powered mixer or ninja bullet, blend all ingredients together except the fresh herbs. If the dressing is too thick, thin with some water to desired consistency. Remove from the blender and put into a mixing bowl. Add the chopped herbs and whisk together.
