Decadent Chocolate Cake

Our holiday chocolate cake is decadent and delicious. Naturally sweetened with just dates, this cake contains no processed sugar, no oils, nothing artificial, just everything amazing. Eat as is or top with fresh or pureed berries and you’ll not only impress your guests… you’ll wow yourself too!
 
Ingredients:
 
1 cup dates, packed,pitted
1 cup cacao powder
3/4 cup chickpea flour
3 tbsp flaxseed, Ground
1 cup raw cashews
2 cup oat milk, unsweetened
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp miso paste, yellow
 
Instructions:
 
Preheat your oven to 350. Combine cashews, dates, oat milk, miso and vanilla to a blender and blend until smooth.

Add to a bowl with remaining ingredients. Pour into a nonstick brownie pan and bake in the oven for 40 minutes. Remove and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
