Chocolate Protein Smoothie:
2 tbsp Perfect Protein Powder
1/4 cup frozen pitted cherries
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 pitted dates
1/2 frozen (or fresh) banana
1/2 cup unsweetened plant based yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
Green Protein Smoothie:
2 tbsp Perfect Protein Powder
1 large handful of baby spinach
1 handful of ice
1/2 cup unsweetened nut milk
1/2 banana
Instructions: Blend everything until smooth and enjoy!
