The Harvest Salad
- 3 endive heads
- 1/2 bag arugula
- 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
- 1-2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Toss all ingredients together in a bowl. Enjoy!
