Nadja started Plantable to give people control over one’s health, beginning with food. After losing her father as a child and her mother to breast cancer, it led her to question the role food and nutrition plays. Prior to founding Plantable, Nadja was a managing director at Goldman Sachs in London where she worked for 12 years. She also has an undergraduate degree in chemistry from King’s College, London, and a Ph.D. in quantum chemistry from St. Catharine’s College, Cambridge

Julie is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with over 34 years of nursing experience. Prior to joining Plantable she spent 16 years in the insurance industry concentrating in Population Health Management, data analytics and direct employee education. Julie has nutritional education training through the American College Lifestyle Medicine (“ACLM”) and strongly believes in the power of food as medicine.

Jim Wachtel is an experienced commercial leader in the healthcare and employee benefits arena. He has decades of experience consulting on health risk management and behavior change for employers, health plans, health systems, and other health & well-being organizations. He is committed to helping organizations identify and provide the right resources to meaningfully improve health and enrich the lives of their members. His passion is science and the quantified self.

Elisa Udaskin is an accomplished senior brand marketer with 20 years of experience driving topline growth and efficiencies through strategic planning and innovation. Her career at Kraft Foods and Mondelez International spanned traditional profit and loss management, innovation, customer relationship management and corporate partnerships globally. Elisa is also an author and motivational speaker through her book “Be A Mensch: Unleash Your Power to Be Kind and Help Others”.

Aviva is a classically trained chef with over 20 years of experience in New York City and has earned a Masters in Food Studies and Nutrition from NYU and a degree from the Institute of Culinary Education in NYC. Prior to joining Plantable, Aviva honed her skills at award-winning bakeries and oversaw culinary operations at vegan meal delivery company, Sakara.

Mateusz brings close to 20 years of experience to Plantable. – operating and owning some of New York’s most established venues. From his early days as Operating Partner at Wish You Were Here Group (Dudleys, Ruby’s) to getting critical acclaim opening his first restaurant Lalito with NYT reviewed chef Gerardo Gonzalez. Prior to joining Plantable, he was Executive Director of Operations for Rethink Food, a non-profit focusing on creating a sustainable and equitable food system.

David Kopp is an experienced chief executive in consumer digital health with expertise spanning strategy, product development, marketing, and technology. David serves on several private and non-profit boards of directors, including those of HealthTap, Inc., One Care Media, LLC and BreastCancer.org. From January 2016 until August 2020, David was the chief executive officer of Healthline Media, Inc., a website and provider of health information. David brings deep expertise in consumer-driven digital health businesses, particularly in growth marketing, scaling teams and culture, financial planning and strategy.

Dr. Jason Campagna is a Board-certified physician and surgeon with experience in neuroscience, autoimmunology and fatty liver disease. Dr. Campagna is presently the Chief Medical Officer at Q32 Bio Inc. Dr. Campagna was previously Chief Medical Officer at Intercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Nasdaq traded pharmaceutical company, specializing in developing pharmacological solutions for non-viral liver diseases. Dr. Campagna completed his post-doctoral fellowships in neural plasticity and internal medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. Dr. Campagna brings extensive experience in clinical trials and an extensive network across leading medical institutions.

Mr. Hughes has 35 years business experience including senior-level executive and director positions in both private and public companies specializing in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Hughes currently serves as Lead Director of Kelso Technologies Inc. (TSX and NYSE MKT), President and Chief Executive Officer of SiQ Mountain Industries Inc.(TSX.V), Chief Executive Officer and a director of Gourmet Ocean Products Inc. (TSX.V), a director of Navion Capital Inc. (TSX.V) and the President, Chief Executive Officier and a director of Happy Creek Minerals Ltd. (TSX.V).
