Pumpkin Pie Mousse

This Chef Aviva’s Pumpkin Pie Mousse is a healthier take on the classic. It tastes just like a lighter pumpkin pie filling. Creamy, healthy, simple and full of all your favorite fall flavors!


8 fl oz coconut cream
1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
2 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup pecans, toasted
1 oz dates, softened in hot water
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Combine coconut milk, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and maple syrup. Whisk until smooth. Pour into dessert cups and chill over night.

Pecan topping
Add softened dates, toasted pecans, cinnamon and nutmeg to a food processor and pulse a few times until it resembles a crumbly dough, sprinkle on top of pumpkin mousse.
